Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA)
Cadence Australia is a member of GBCA and has invested in training a number of its staff to become Green Star Accredited Professionals.
 To become an Accredited Professional it is necessary to attend the Green Star Accredited Professional Course and pass the competency exam.
Cadence Australia's Accredited Green Star Professionals have a detailed understanding of the Green Star Environmental Rating System and the Green Star-Office Design rating tools.

Queensland Builder's Licence
Cadence Australia holds a Company Builder's Licence in Queensland. This Licence is classed as "open" and enables us to supervise construction works on all classes of building in Queensland. This licence was issued by the Building Services Authority (BSA) after an independent audit reviewing our track record, history and performance.
