Cadence Australia has a Quality Management system certified under the International Organisation for Standardisation. Our Quality Management system covers the provision of project management services to the construction industry and includes: development management, financial feasibility, design, master planning, infrastructure, construction management and project delivery.

Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA)
Cadence Australia is a member of GBCA and has invested in training a number of its staff to become Green Star Accredited Professionals.

To become an Accredited Professional it is necessary to attend the Green Star Accredited Professional Course and pass the competency exam.

Cadence Australia's Accredited Green Star Professionals have a detailed understanding of the Green Star Environmental Rating System and the Green Star-Office Design rating tools.

Property Council of Australia
Cadence Australia is a supportive member of the Property Council of Australia. As a member we actively participate in industry events which allow us to continually educate our staff and ensure we are at the forefront of key industry issues.

Queensland Builder's Licence
Cadence Australia holds a Company Builder's Licence in Queensland. This Licence is classed as "open" and enables us to supervise construction works on all classes of building in Queensland. This licence was issued by the Building Services Authority (BSA) after an independent audit reviewing our track record, history and performance.

Cadence Australia is registered on the Government Pre-Qualification System (PQC) administered by the Queensland Department of Public Works.

Our PQC Level 4 rating (leading edge practice in a multisectoral global context) means that Cadence Australia can readily contract to the Queensland Government and provide building and development consultancy services. This is the highest rating available in the PQC system.
