FACS CPH Office Fit Out

NSW Family and Community Services (FACS) occupies all of 23-31 Moore Street, Liverpool. The project required the full refurbishment of levels 4 and 5 to allow the relocation and consolidation of staff from other Sydney FACS offices in the Sydney CBD and Parramatta. Due to the facility accommodating a 24/7 call centre, works were required to be completed under a very strict timeframe to minimise business disruption.

 

Cadence Australia was appointed as Project Manager in order to deliver end-to-end client-side project management. This included change management, design management, tender assessment, contract management, sourcing of quote and fee proposals, certification, financial tracking and co-ordination of the physical relocation to Liverpool. With effective and efficient management this project was successfully completed whilst working in a functional/live building environment.

 

FACS HCC Office Fit Out

NSW Family and Community Services (FACS) occupies all of 23-31 Moore Street, Liverpool. The project involved the fit out of the level 3 offices to accommodate 135 staff across approximately 120sqm. These works allowed for the relocation and consolidation of staff from other Sydney FACS offices in the Sydney CBD and Parramatta. Due to the facility accommodating a 24/7 call centre, works were required to be completed in a strict time frame to minimise business disruption.

 

Cadence Australia was selected as Project Manager in order to deliver end-to-end client-side project management including include change management, design management, tender assessment, contract management, sourcing of quote and fee proposals, certification, financial tracking and co-ordination of the physical relocation to Liverpool. With active and well-organised management this project was successfully completed whilst working in a functional/live building environment.

 

Novion New Premises Office Fitout

Novion (previously CFX) relocated to new premises in the Sydney CBD as part of its restructure. Cadence Australia was engaged to undertake the project management of the fitout. The work included development of project programming and budget, establishment of a consultant team, design development and documentation, tendering for a Design and Construct Contractor, contract administration during construction, and liaison with miscellaneous stakeholders throughout, to procure and complete a premium grade commercial fitout on a single floor in one of Sydney’s most iconic addresses.

 

Moss Vale & Port Kembla Courthouses

Moss Vale & Port Kembla

 

Cadence Australia was engaged as the Project Manager for the refurbishment and compliance upgrade to the Building Code of Australia and the Disabilities Discrimination Act. The Contractor was procured via a Design & Construct form of contract with the project.

 

Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf

Pyrmont

 

Doltone House is a premium function centre and restaurant with a capacity to comfortably seat 800 guests. Cadence Australia managed the conversion of this heritage listed iconic Sydney harbourside structure to ensure the function centre retained the existing character of the Jones Bay wharf building. During this time, Cadence was involved and embedded with the Tier 1 constructor and had continual dealings with the joint venture developer, whilst concurrently working with the tenant to ensure their expectations and requirements were met to deliver this state of the art facility.

259 George Street

Sydney CBD

 

259 George Street is a unique building located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Constructed in the 1970's this iconic building underwent an extensive internal refit of 23 floors comprising 22,000m2 of commercial offices and a 5,000m2 retail and food court podium. The project achieved a PCA A Grade rating and 4 Star NABERS rating. Cadence Australia was engaged to provide project management services throughout the duration of the works.
