Springfield Tower Upgrade

Cadence Australia is appointed by the Owners Corporation to manage the design and delivery of this residential refurbishment project adjacent to Kings Cross, Sydney. The basis of the brief includes the installation of a new balustrade system to all 127 residential units and a full upgrade of the roof terrace facilities. The building also requires extension of the lift core and upgrade of lift facilities to provide access to the rooftop. Works are to be undertaken whilst the building is fully occupied.
Cadence Australia was instrumental in developing access and buildability strategies with the Contractor in order to minimize disruptions for the occupants. The access methodology allowed the Contractor to all access areas of the building without the need to enter any of the dwellings. This was a significant factor in the design and construction planning to ensure the works can be carried out with minimal disruption to this busy city precinct.
Darlinghurst Apartments

Darlinghurst Apartments is a 14 Level Residential Development located on the corner of Goulburn and Riley Streets. ANKA Property Group is delivering to the market a contemporary residential building with a focus on exceptional design and quality workmanship to compliment this residential, retail and entertainment district.
The project will consist of demolition of the existing building and the final development will comprise of 116 apartments, basement carpark, ground floor café space, commercial space and landscaped public domain.
Cadence Australia are engaged to provide project management services including buildability review, design management and procurement of the Principal Contractor.
Silkwood
Surry Hills
Located in Surry Hills on the fringe of Sydney's CBD, this site has been developed as a joint venture by the NSW Teachers Federation and the Teachers Federation Health.
The project included the construction of 48 apartments, commercial office space on the ground and first floors, a 400 seat auditorium and lounge facility and 3 levels of basement carparking. The project also included the refurbishment of the façade and roof of the existing, adjoining Teachers Federation Building.
The new building has a stand-out architectural quality and is an integral part of the upgrade of the Surry Hills area.

Cadence Australia managed the completion and handover of twelve luxury Villas on behalf of Austcorp. The completed product set the benchmark for quality for the Austcorp Coomera Development.
The tasks involved meticulous Contractor management by Cadence Australia, which ensured the as-built construction reflected the quality specified for this high value development. Cadence Australia had a hands-on role, including a full time site presence, thereby ensuring that the desired high quality finishes were achieved by the Contractor.

Captains Corner

Captains Corner is an apartment complex at Mackay's iconic Marina Village. The development consists of a two building complex featuring 29 units in the Northern Tower and 33 in the Southern Tower. Cadence Australia was appointed as Project Superintendent by the Port Binnli Group.
